Now You See It, Now You Don't!
Unfortunately, the information that should appear at the right side of the blog has been playing hide and seek lately. We know that it is frustrating when the links don't appear. Yet, we're not sure how to solve the problem. If any of you tech-savy people have long term solutions, we would appreciate your help
LARABAR
If you didn't join us on Saturday you certainly missed out tasting a plethora of LARABAR flavors. Many thanks to LARABAR for providing our participants samples!
LARABAR can be purchased at their website and at local grocery and health food stores.

Namaste is available local grocery and health food stores.
Medical ID Bracelets
As mentioned at the meeting medical ID bracelets can be ordered from most drug stores, but more fashionable bracelets can be found online. Searching 'medical ID bracelets' turned up many different sites. Among them was Lauren's Hope.

Can email reminders be sent out earlier?
We've been asked that question several times recently and here is the official, unofficial answer.
Because of busy lives, chaotic schedules and other responsibilites, sometimes the information for our monthly meetings is put together at the last possible moment, sometimes the blog goes weeks without being updated and sometimes the reminders are sent out the night before a meeting. In a perfect world, all of the GFW stuff would be done in a timely fashion. Alas it's not.
GFW always meets the first Saturday of the month with the exception of January and July from 10 AM until 12 Noon at Edward Plainfield Outpatient Center, please mark your calendars as our ability to send out timely reminders is unreliable.

June Meeting!
Gluten-Free Wikaduke will meet Saturday, June 7th from 10am until 12noon at Edward Plainfield Outpatient Center which is located on the northwest corner of 127th Street and Van Dyke Road.
There will be a group discussion on dealing with the gluten-free diet when flying and staying in hotels. There are lots of samples to be had and of course delicious baked goods to try.
For those unaware Gluten-Free Wikaduke does not meet in July. If youcan't make it on Saturday we'll see you in August!
