Crispy, Battered Fish...GF of course!

Starfish which is a subsidiary of Pacific Seafood Group has developed a line of gluten-free battered fish that includes cod, halibut and haddock. Whole Foods is carrying the products. A 10 ounce package costs $11.99 or $12.99 depending on the fish.

Caputo's!

Wow! Caputo's which is located on Route 59 at 111th Street has quite the selection of gluten-free products organized in a very consumer friendly manner. In addition, the prices seemed a bit more reasonable than other local grocery stores. I took the time to compliment the manager and he appreciates any and all feedback and is very willing to improve the GF section by ordering what the GF community will purchase.
