Gluten-Free Wikaduke will meet Saturday, May 5th from 10AM until 12 Noon at Edward Plainfield Outpatient Center on Van Dyke Road just north of 127th Street.
In celebration of Cinco de Mayo, we'll offer gluten-free treats with a Mexican flavor. Trina will explain which Frito Lay products are gluten free and Frito Lay's processes for limiting cross contamination. The 20 cases of Chebe Mix that Gluten-Free Wikaduke ordered will be available for pick-up. If you're not at that meeting, please email to arrange alternate plans. We'll also place another group order from a yet to be determined company. Check out the blog on May 3rd to see which products we'll be offering. Lastly, we'll bring a laptop computer to show everyone how to add comments to the blog.
