This Saturday, August 4th, Gluten Free Wikaduke will return from its summer hiatus. Hopefully everyone will be able to join as from 10AM to 12 Noon at Edward Plainfield Outpatient Center at 127th Street and Van Dyke Road in Plainfield.
Among other things, Mary will be presenting her gluten-free trip to Disney World and Tracy will be demonstrating how to use a digital scale to quickly and efficiently make gluten-free flour mixes. We'll also have lots of tasty eats as Lynn has procured samples of various types of Niman Ranch sausages that can be eaten along with the samples of Kinnikinnick products included in August's cooperative order. Of course, no meeting would be complete without a raffle.
