Gluten-Free Wikaduke's next meeting will take place on Saturday, April 5th from 10AM until 12Noon at Edward Plainfield Outpatient Center in Plainfield.
There's lot planned for the April meeting. Among other this we'll use Elisa's EZ Gluten tests to determine if several mainstream products fall under the 10PPM level. You'll find more information on our plans in the Proof's in the Testing post. If you are willing to bring an UNOPENED package of food and will share 1/2 teaspoon with us, please let us know via email.
Lynn will also share how she stays gluten free when cruising. Conte's Pasta has provided us with samples of their AWESOME gluten-free ravioli and pierogis. Miss Roben's has also graciously provided us mixes of their yellow and chocolate cakes. So, do come hungy as there will be two cakes needing to be taste tested!
