Hello!
I found out the Great Harvest Bread company in Shorewood is making 2 types of gluten free breads! They do this on Thursdays. They will make a regular bread and a cinnamon chip bread. They ask that you call the day before so they make sure they have made enough. I talked with Beverly at 815-609-4527. She mentioned they clean all the equipment thoroughly before making these mixes. They also prepare the GF mixes the night before. At that time they are not making any of the other breads that could contaminate these batches. She informed me they are then sealed and set away from any of the other breads. They have been doing this a few months now and have had no complaints! I have not yet had a chance to go try these, I will be this week! Ok..thats it for now! Take care all!
