Today was an interesting meeting for Gluten-Free Wikaduke. Instead of our traditional, organized, well run (if I do say so myself) meetings we headed to Caputo's and Meijer for a tour of their gluten-free products. Yes, it was a bit chaotic. Yes, it felt a bit like a cattle line. But, we hope you all were introduced to products that you might not have otherwise tried or even found. If you purchased something new, please post a comment letting us know how you enjoyed it.
Next month we'll be back to our regularly scheduled, mostly organized meetings. We'll be verifying the gluten-free status of products using Elisa tests so it might be a little chaotic as well.
