This week Barbone posted a photo and recipe for gluten-free corn dogs. She wanted corn dogs that had the taste and texture like those at a county fair. She first used Bob's Red Mill cornmeal, but it was a too coarse. She then tried cornflour and it turned out a texture just like those at the fair. Who knew?!
