AKA Green Chile Turkey Enchiladas

1 dozen corn torillas
1 can GF cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped green chiles
1 pound mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cooked turkey
salt to taste
oil
Dip tortillas in Wesson oil long enough to make tortillas limp. Drain on paper towel. In each tortilla add chicken, cheese and onion and roll up. Place in baking dish. Mix soup with chiles and pour over enchiladas. Top with cheese. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
