The Microbiome Center at University of Chicago
There is a great deal of collaboration between The Microbiome Center and The Celiac Center. This collaboration is primarily through the clinicians and researchers who are part of both groups. Dr. Jabri, Dr. Rubin, Dr. Chang and others are doing pivotal research at the intersection of Celiac Disease and the microbiome. It is so exciting to see how both basic and clinical research are moving with momentum and urgency. Microbiome science requires such an interdisciplinary approach.
