For anyone looking for a protein bar.....you can try Built Bars. These use whey protein and contain15 grams of protein but only 4 grams of sugar. They are also limited ingredients and supposed to taste like a “candy bar”.
There is legislation out there to have drug companies start labeling any gluten containing ingredients and the source of their ingredients for full consistency and transparency. So hopefully this gets approved and set in place soon!
