Are you finding gluten free products in the grocery stores? It has been "hit or miss" for me. I usually don't buy to many "processed" gluten free food. It is healthier to eat basic ingredients but when your in a hurry it's nice to pick up an Amy's Frozen Dinner, or a Schar baguette.
The August meeting is still iffy, we will see what the conditions are and determine based on safety.
