We've taken the plunge and purchased more of Elisa Technologies EZ Gluten test kits that detect gluten levels as low as 10PPM for the June meeting.
Now the question is what should we test? Mary and I have a few ideas but are open to suggestions from you. Please post a comment with any ideas you may have!
