You are eligible for blood screening if you have:
Been on a gluten-containing diet for at least 12 weeks prior to testing
Close family member that has celiac disease or Type 1 diabetes
Related autoimmune condition, e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, MS, Addison's
Digestive problems, chronic fatigue, osteopenia/osteoporosis
Down Syndrome
Other related symptoms or conditions

Number of persons in your family to be tested
Their ages
Why they should be tested
Whether or not they are currently on a gluten-free diet
