Steve Veach, a food product specialist for CSA of Greater Chicago, sent me a photo of his most recent gluten-free food find....real deal gluten-free deep dish pizza.
The pizza you see pictured above and below is made by Chicago's Pizza. It is their gluten-free deep dish spinach and cheese pizza. Steve claimed, "The pizza is absolutely amazing and tasted just like the one I had 12 years ago at Uno's Pizzeria in Chicago!"
Chicago's Pizza prepares the gluten-free dough in a separate machine in a dedicated room. Gluten-free pizzas are only available at two of Chicago's Pizzas locations - 1919 W. Montrose and 3114 N. Lincoln locations.
