For those of you who are interested in purchasing a Fox Run 18" French bread pan like the one used to make the bread at the November meeting but didn't win the raffle, you can purchase one from a couple of different sources.The fantastic independently-owned kitchen store Dish on the Square which is located in Mount Vernon, IL (and is well worth a side trip if near the area) sells the pan for $7.59 plus shipping.
For whatever reason if that option doesn't interest you, amazon.com sells the pan for $12.99 plus shipping.
Schar Classic White Bread Mix was used to make the bread. It's currently available at vitacost.com for $4.85.
