Imagine a huge table full of cookies, some simple, some complex but each tastes delicious, looks gorgeous and smells fantastic. Now imagine eating each of them because they are ALL gluten free and guaranteed to keep you healthy and make you happy. A gluten-free cookie swap can make that scenario come to life!For those of you who don't know a cookie swap is an opportunity to bake one type of cookie but get several different varieties in return. Each person brings a predetermined number of cookies (the actual number is based on how many people participate and how many of each variety we want) and swaps for the same number of cookies. The swap can take place in an intimate location like one of our homes or even a public place like lunch at a restaurant.
